Mumbai 2050 made in Maya 8.5 software. I am still working on it and its just 50% complete. This view shows the majestic Triple Towers of the Mantralaya in the fictional story of Shadow Nova set in Mumbai in the year 2050.

This is my submission for the Character Creation Design Competition 2007 for the comic series Devashard published by Fluid Friction, So here is the description for my character, Tatvayogi(Tamharayogi).

a-Character Description- Tatvayogi took the opportunity of creating himself. He decided to blend the three states of matter- solid state, gaseous state and liquid state. He first took the saliva off the mouth of his dead son and smeared it over his forehead and back. This resulted in formation of liquid filled few strands of long white hair that had the power of releasing both highly pressurized water streams as well as the holy water. Next he took in one hand piece of burning charcoal from the fireplace, which he built in the cave where he hid with his son and in his other hand he held a rock smeared with extracts of some plants and hit his chest had with them. The blood flowing from the wounds of his chest created by these rocks fell upon the rocks and thus was created his hard rock like yet warty dark green skin. And the burning charcoal created a small pouch in his neck region which was his fury meter- the redder it was, the angrier he was and the more powerful he would become. It was filled with high temperature gas that would act as the balance meter of Tatvayogi’s fury meter. He developed two large but wide, snake like eyes on both sides of his head and a third eye just like Lord Shiva between the centers of both these eyes. This third eye helped Tatvayogi in distinguishing good from evil by just looking directly into the soul of any living creature from the entire universe. It would never close, unlike Lord Shiva’s third eye and would always be opened even while Tatvayogi would be sleeping.

And behind his left eye was a large yellowish red insignia burned onto his skin by Lord Shiva with his staff, which depicts the intensity of his power and his eternal life. Thus Tatvayogi developed himself into something that this entire universe had never seen before. He looked almost like a huge toad like creature with scars on his body occurred due to different fights with demons and greedy humans who try to fight him with the belief that they would get immortal, but the truth is that, fighting Tatvayogi means immortal pain…pain like never before….

Shadow Nova:Genesis.

Also the different colored patters show the different types of incidents that have occurred in his life. I named this pic genesis, because this is where from the real show begins, the pic which defines the phrase that, "A SUPERHERO NEVER BECOMES A HERO BY THE POWERS HE INHIBITS, BUT BY THE CHOICES HE MAKES IN DUE COURSE OF TIME".

Vertex-Super Villain.

Okay guys, here is the super villain who is pitted against Shadow Nova. He is half Russian and half American and his age is unknown to anyone. He was a weapons designer by profession before he became Vertex, when he purposely swallowed the Nano Lord balls designed by him for future weaponry making. His abilities are as follows:
a- He can transform to the very smallest of size of metals which includes titanium, steel, iron and brass. Also can transform to larger sizes but to a limit of proportion and also he can't form complex machinery like automobiles or chip-sets. His body is not made up of muscles, veins or blood. Each component to the minutest of his body is made up of a mixture of above metals and hence he doesn't need food nor oxygen. His only mode of survival is to exercise regularly in broad sunlight which charges up the Nano Lord balls present somewhere in his body.

b- He can alight his body into flight by just mere mental command, but flight is limited as the metal of his body only has a limited period of lightweight ability. This helps him in sneaking and stealth mode operations.

c- He can withstand rust for millions of years as his body metal is anti-corrosive. He can also control metal objects for some period of time but still can't control complex machinery.
So friends this is vertex, arch-nemesis of Shadow Nova and a super-villain who despite a metal body has a good heart to an extent as he would never harm children or women due to an incident occurred in his past life.

Techno Ganesha.

Guys this was made for another competition in which one had to show Lord Ganesha in a completely different and innovative manner. I decided to go ofr the Techno look, as I knew it would match along with Lord Ganeshas' always excited and cool character. So with some paperwork and an 18 hour work on almost 160 layers in Photoshop CS, I managed to give him the appropriate look. Lets see how cool, the jury feels about it or whether it goes all cold in front of them, but for u all here i present u with, 'Techno Ganesha'. Here I have uploaded the lower resolution version because the original version was too big and heavy to upload due to its high resolution format and quality.

Friends lets go for something bit mythological this time. Acclaimed Film-maker Shekhar Kapur teams up with divine guru Deepak Chopra, to recreate one of the biggest stories ever told....Yes, friends, I am speaking about Ramayan. This time the story gets a superb twist as it is set in the year 3392 AD and has all the characters recreating the story again, but this time in an all new futuristic world...Wow, and you all know what, this is being made into a movie in Hollywood, with Keannu Reeves( The Matrix Series, Chain Reaction, Johnny Knemonic, Speed etc.) and an array of awesome artists from around the world...So Ravan, get ready to face ur destiny once again...

Man this book indeed drives the hell out of me...This time a Vampire hunter, John Ikos from an already vampire affected village in Alaska, comes to the deadly city of Los Angeles in search of a Vampire FBI Agent named Norris and friends Johns' got company too...and that company too is bloodthirsty and kickin' hard....Grrrr....Thats so warm...Red Blood dripping of ur lips baby.....Grrrr.

Hey, I ain't a vampire yet guys...Here I was just interpreting the story this time, where a Vampire Priest tries to spread the Vampire disease through a very naughty plan. He is pitted against a group of four people who know the intentions of the priest but are unaware of how he is going to put his plan in work. Due to which they are all helpless and completely surrounded by....wellll....Grrrr...Vampiresssssssssssss...Oh Yeah....

Krishna Verma

Krishna Verma-

One of the most pivotal and ultimate characters of the Shadow Nova saga, he is a scientist who works for 20 years from the age of 14-34 in researching stem cell serums to help high powered regeneration among handicapped people. In the due process he shuns off his parents and is supported by the crafty Prof. Bakshi. But when he completes his research he is dumped off by Bakshi and instead of him, Bakshi decides to show the patent to The International Society of Science. Due to this, Krishna destroys the formulae and research material before that but in due process he himself comes in contact with large quantity of the serums and while escaping from the lab guards he falls of the top of the research facility into a bush pile. Due to his contact with the research serums he is completely transformed physically and these changes come up in him:-

a- Flight- Due to his fall of from the building and in contact with the serum, the serum alters his chromosomal structure and thus he develops the ability to fly and also to lift any objects but with the emission of large amounts of heat from the speckles created on his body. Due to this Krishna is not able to wear any clothes on the upper part of his body as there are speckles spread over from his head to waist area. Even in extreme cold conditions his body acts as a heater for himself and his surrounding people.

b- Camouflage- While falling from the building he land upon the pile of bush and was all hidden from the guards. The bush chloroform and the serum both help in the second alteration of his chromosomal structure keeping the first alteration as it is. Due to the high carbon dioxide emission from plants and the chlorophyll content in them, Krishna develops green skin and high heat emission. These in turn developed his camouflage ability due to which he can reshape himself into different forms as well. Due to this heat emission he has no hair on any part of his body but speckles even in place of his eyebrow.

c- Super Brain- Being highly intellectual was one of Krishnas' all time abilities. With his contact wit the serum his chromosomes now has developed the third alteration which in turn developed his brain. Due to this he is able to use more than 50% of his brain compared to the 10% used by average people and 40% used by scientists and scholars. He can focus on various activities at the same time and is also able to judge the behavior of people to a certain extent just by looking at their face once. He is even able to make slight predicaments. This quality of him helped in making all the gadgets for Shadow Nova.

d- Alpha Flame- Due to the high heat emission from his body, Krishna is able to create fire out of it which is green colored. He is able to create large amounts of flame but this reduces his physical strength at a very fast rate and may prove fatal if used for a longer period of time.

These are the powers inhibited by Krishna Verma after his contact with the stem cell serums but it also had a negative impact on him as he was physically changed forever and he is way too weak physically. He is only able to eat vegetables that too in raw form and when walking he walks with a bend posture. He has developed a much more thin physical structure from his earlier thin physical structure. He has developed red eyes due to his brooding structure and the heat emission from his eyes. He can always be seen rubbing his eyes due to he flow of tears from it regularly. Hence, in order to avoid that he has developed another serum from his own and Shadow Novas' blood which reduces the intensity of the flow of tears from his eyes, but he has to take them at least once every day so as to control the tears. He is way to complex about his image and shuns the public face. Due to all his powers, Shadow Nova calls him, 'Alpha'.

Angel 27

This is the 'Angel 27' bike that I have designed for my superhero character Shadow Nova. It is a modified version of an Indian auto-rickshaw and an Enfield bike. The details are as mentioned below:

Angel 27-
Here is Angel 27, the bike designed by Shadow Nova and Krishna Verma, which is actually a hybrid made from a bike and an auto rickshaw. It is made up of lightweight steel and has a coating of titanium and inserted between these titanium and steel layers are small nano-bots that are meant for repair and camouflage of the Angel 27, thus making it invisible any time when needed. Also this vehicle has the name, 'Angel 27' because my girlfriend has nicknamed me 'Angel' and 27 is my birth date and my most favorite number. I will detail out the specs as follows:-

a- Liquid Doom Box Turret Gun- This is the high version of the Doom box of the Spirit Gun. Here the ammo is of liquid blobs that are filled in two containers, each holding upto 500 blobs. They come out from the elastic tube q and are shot out from the turret.

b- Cell Blaster Turret Gun- This another high version of the cell blaster from the Spirit Gun. Here ammo is filled in tubes adjoining the turret. Here only one tube can be placed at a time, a tube containing of 800 cells in nano form. Extra two tubes are kept behind the seat of the cockpit of the Angel 27

c- Headlight- This is a normal headlight but two in quantity and has a high range of display.

d- Net Box- This area stores a metallic net which can be released by pressing the specific button on the dashboard in the cockpit. This net is made up of high quality, lightweight steel.

e- Engine Area- This orange area is the area where the engine for Angel 27 is situated and it's taken from two ROYAL ENFIELD BIKES and then converted to suit the Angel 27. Here is also present the fuel area of the bike where water cells are used as fuel and then converted to water vapor which is released from the exhaust

f- Dashboard- The dashboard where all the controls related to the turrets, driving and other equipments are kept. It is fully computerized and even has a voice cum physique recognition system.

g - Steering Panel- Here is the steering panel for the Angel 27. It is designed like the joystick of a game console for comfortable use. The controls(primary) for the turrets and the net are on it. Also it has a shortcut button for the ac and mp3 player.

h- Cell Blaster ammo Fillet- This is where the ammo cells for the Cell Blaster are introduced.

i- Drivers Seat- This is the modified seat of an auto rickshaw and has even got seat belts and reclinable capacity. The door to this cockpit is from both sides and open in an upward direction and is completely transparent made up of heavy duty glass stolen by Sandeep from the military junkyard and modified by Krishna Verma.

j- Siren- The siren which is blue is color and acts as a warning signal for all anti-social elements. It is a combination of two sirens and can be adjusted as per different residential zones.

k- Exhaust- This is the modified exhaust of the Angel 27 and allows emission of the water vapors and is shaped to 8 dots which release the water vapors. It is ecologically suitable and allows almost zero percent pollution.

l- Metal Base Stand- This is the metal stand of the Angel 27 and has got a heavy grip capacity. Once activated it is almost impossible to move the vehicle unless unlocking it.

m- Rubber Friction Plate- It helps in avoiding damage to the lower part of the Angel 27 by acting as a friction plate between the ground and the vehicles body. It is changed in every one month, so that there occurs no problem for the vehicle any time.

n- Front Wheel Turret Holder- The holder made up of steel and rubber meant to hold the Doom Box turret when not in use. It is controlled by its primary control on the steering panel. It is lightweight, yet strong.

o- Back Side Indicator- The indicator in red meant for the same purpose as it in normal cars and bikes, to signify the application of the brakes. Here it also acts as the container which stores some extra spirit bots meant for emergency purpose.

p- Rear Wheel- The rear wheel is made up of high tensile and high durability modified rubber and it has a thickness of almost three times than that of the front wheel. It can also put on a layer of a mixture of gravel and steel to perform high friction stunts. The egg shaped body of the Angel 27 is almost supported on this wheel.

q- Doom Liquid Outlet- This is from where the doom liquid comes to the Doom Box turret and is highly elastic and durable and can sustain high temperature too.

so here is my new creation

Another coverwork from Batman meets Robin, which shows 'Dick' in his new avatar as the Robin. A classic masterpiece as it beautifully blends emotions and action so that the reader never forgets the fact that we don't need any superpowers to become a superhero, we just need our willpower and faith in the Lord Almighty and ourselves.

This is the revised new version of Batman and Robin, where Batman recruits orphaned 'Dick' a teenage circus performer as Robin in his team. It's artwork is superb followed by some very good inking. A must have for all those fans who loved the soft side of Batman.
